-Coolers at 4 C or below.
-Hand sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
-High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plates surface during the final rinse.
-Sanitizer in spray bottle available and registered at 200 ppm quats.
-General sanitation satisfactory.

Reminder:
-Ensure area around mop sink remains dry (mop up any spills around sink).
-Store scoops of dry foods in such a way that prevents handles from touching the food.
-Scoops/stir sticks in the coffee station should be kept in ice water to prevent bacteria from multiplying. Change water frequently.
