Comments

-Mouse droppings were cleaned up in some areas; however, not all areas have been addressed. See above violation.
-Discussed food service on A2 with Senior Operations Leader. Currently, there is a room which appears to have been converted into a food service area with a hot holding steam table; however no handwashing station or sink is present. A handwashing station should be located in close proximity to any location where food is prepared or served. A handwashing station is located in the A2 dining room and therefore food service may occur in this area rather than in the room. Prior to making alterations to a food premises, plans must be submitted to Fraser Health for approval.
