Observation: 1. Ice scoop observed to be stored on side of ice machine. Ice machine exterior is not clean and dried food debris is observed. Ice scoop in front stored on wet surface.
2. Stacked plastic containers observed to be wet. Water droplets/fog observed on sides of equipment.
3. Scoops found in ingredient bins (sugar). Handle in contact with ingredient.
4. Measuring cups observed to be rinsed and stored as clean
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize ice scoop and ice machine exterior. Scoops must be stored on clean and sanitized surfaces. If scoops are not sanitized immediately after use, store in ice water and clean every 2 hours.
