Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed dough mixer, vegetable cutter not maintained in sanitary condition. Vegetable cutter has dried food debris accumulated.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the equipment noted above. Ensure to use the available sanitizer. Operator started to clean and sanitize the equipement at the time of inspection

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff not using sanitizer to finish off the manual ware washing.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to wash all utensils again using all three steps of manual ware washing. Operator created a sanitizer solution at the time of inspection and started to wash utensils again.

Corrective Action(s): Required operator to store all foods on a table and 6 inches off the ground. Proper covers/containers must be provided to protect all foods from contamination.
