Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Packages of fries found left at room temp in back storage room. Staff didn't know when it was pulled out. Staff put packages back in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Always store potentially hazardous foods below 4C to maintain temp and prevent microbial growths. Only take out small portions that will be served right away from cooler at a time

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Stainless steel bowls for transferring cooked fries/wings on the rack beside fryer are only being wiped with paper towel for cleaning according to staff. Only bowls that are used to coat dressings (eg. buffalo sauce) are washed right after use. Staff removed dirty bowls and changed with clean ones at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): All bowls need to be cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours. The bowls used for coating sauces need to be cleaned and santiized after each use to avoid contamination of potential allergens

Observation: 1)Minor debris build up in ice machine.
2) Debris build up under dry storage racks beside the pop machine mixes, and inside walk in cooler (under racks)

Corrective Action(s): 1)Drain the ice machine today. Ensure ice machine is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis
2) Thoroughly clean and sanitize the areas mentioned above today

Observation: A lower level rack on one of the shelving at dry storage area and one lower level rack of one of the shelving in the walk in cooler were slanted. Food items stored on those racks were not elevated as required (15cm)

Food stored above ground, good stock rotation
General sanitation satisfactory ,no signs of pests
