Ice machine cavity clean and appears sanitized -operator to increase frequency of cleaning to every 3 weeks instead of monthly to prevent the buildup of mold
Paper towel dispenser available in the back area
Wiping towels stored in bleach sanitizer buckets between uses >100ppm as per operator's test strips
Daily log sheets maintained for fridges
