Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap available in dispenser at two compartment sink. Soap dispenser was broken. Staff member placed bottle of hand soap at two compartment sink at time of inspection. Paper towel in dispenser, hot and cold running water available. No concerns with other hand wash stations in the premises (bar, staff washroom, public washroom)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand wash stations are fully equipped and accessible at all times. Operator to take a picture and send it to the inspector once the wall mounted dispenser has been fixed.

Observation: Noted wall that has been worn out has corrugated sheet installed up against it. Corrugated sheets can not be washed and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Remove corrugated sheet and repair the wall so that it is smooth and washable.

Comments

All coolers 4⁰C or less (prep cooler unit, upright cooler, walk in cooler unit, undercounter cooler units at bar...etc)
Freezers (chest freezers x3, upright one door freezer unit...etc) less than -18C
No hot holding units available at time of inspection. Lunch rush had finished.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.
Meat slicer had just been used at time of inspection. Ensure meat slicer is taken apart and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
100ppm chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle at the front bar area and in container with cloths submerged for the back kitchen area.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine. Test strips available to check.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered...etc)
* Sleeves have been installed for lights above the dishwasher.
* No foods noted in the back hallway area
* Self closing hinges have been installed on the staff washroom door
