Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CEXPSK
Proper hierarchy observed in the walk-in cooler. Observed raw eggs and raw meat stored away or below from ready-to-eat, cooked food and produce.
Improvement noted in the cleanliness of the door gaskets and interior doors of the reach-in refrigeration units.

No further follow-up required at this point. Please be diligent to ensure all food are stored protected in the walk-in cooler and all refrigeration units at all time. This has been observed as a repeated violation, if noted on the next routine inspection, progressive enforcement actions may ensue.
