Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All coolers (sandwich coolers, drink coolers, walk in coolers, etc.) were measured at 4C or less.
All foods containers are labelled and covered.
QUATS sanitizer pails measured at 200 ppm.
Hot holding units at or above 60C (rice, quinoa, chili, soup, etc.)
3 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
Temperature log and cleaning log available and up-to-date.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
No recent pest activity was observed at this time. Regular pest control in place.
General sanitation is excellent.
