No issues observed from recent records. -General food storage practice very good. -200ppm QUAT solution available in buckets to hold wiping cloths. -3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. -Ventilation canopy maintained. Next service in December. -No evidence of pest activity observed. -Good employee hygiene. Good handwashing/glove changing practice observed from staff. -General maintenance and sanitation excellent. -No concerns observed at this time.
