Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer detected in the sanitizer bucket during inspection. The store ran out of sanitizer solution. The new order is coming in tonight.
Corrective Action(s): The manager is to obtain sanitizer from nearby Starbucks store immediately. Relocate the sanitizer bucket so that it is more visible and gets changed as needed. QUAT solution in the sanitizer shall be 200ppm at all times.

- Temperatures of all refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers and <-18C for freezer)
- High temp. dishwasher achieved 76C at plate's surface
- No signs of pest activity
> Deep cleaning is required under large equipment (fridges, ice machine) throughout the facility
> Food contact surface, including milk steam wands, must be properly sanitized with QUAT sanitizer
