-> Wine/Beer - U-Brew Facility.

- Hand wash stations supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels noted.
- Diversol/Meta Bisulphite utilized for disinfection. Ensure manufacturers directions are being followed.
- General Sanitation: Service(bottling) area clean and organized. Keep it up.
- Storage Rooms: Areas are to be kept clean and organized at all times. Continue efforts to remove all unused/unwanted items in order to free up space - reducing potential harborages.
- Storage shelving treated with sealer. Continue efforts to keep in good repair.
- Ensure "Logic One Step Cleaner" is only used as a cleaner - product is not recognized as an approved sanitizer.
- Facility to be kept clean and organized. (ie: Storage room) Unused items to be removed to free up space/reduce clutter.
- Pest Control: Monitoring is to be conducted.

*Structurally:
- Upgrades to facility noted. Ensure all items are kept covered during storage. Light covers required on fluorescent bulbs, above storage racks, to prevent any potential contamination. Storage shelving to be kept smooth, tight and impervious to moisture. Painting discussed.
