Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Two-compartment sink in back of kitchen has no hot water.
Correction: Ensure sink is supplied with both hot and cold running water under pressure. Date to be corrected by: July 25, 2022.
Note: Staff to use other hand washing stations that are properly equipped for hand washing in the interim. All hand washing stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times to facilitate proper hand washing.

Follow up to health inspection report MBEK-CGKVDQ.
Plumbing for faucet at two-compartment sink noted on previous inspection report has been repaired. In addition to cold water, hot water is now available at adequate pressure and temperature (greater than 45 degrees C). Liquid soap and paper towels are in place for hand washing.
Deli slicer has not been used since previous inspection, as stated by operator, and remains in clean condition.
Uncovered food product such as bread was not observed at time of inspection. Storage practices for dry non-potentially hazardous food product such as bread / bread crumbs was discussed with operator during inspection.
Equipment that was stored outside of the office, including a door off its hinges, has been removed. Area where equipment was stored has been cleaned and sanitized.
Operator / staff have cleaned some areas of the food premises, including bar area, back area near walk in cooler / freezer, and dry storage area (in process of being cleaned and organized, partially completed). Ensure remaining areas are properly cleaned.
Back door was observed to be closed at time of inspection.
Areas with pooling water / spills to be mopped as needed. It was discussed that any areas of floor where pooling water may accumulate are to be filled to prevent accumulation of water.
