Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection: - Sanitizer at source 200ppm quat - Low temperature glass washer had 50ppm chlorine - Head office is in the process of working on the updated floor plans to reflect the addition of the sushi prep cooler. Ensure floor plans are submitted prior to the next routine inspection. - Portion containers used are now the reusable dishwasher safe type. Ensure dirty/used portion containers are kept separate from the clean food equipment/containers. No concerns at time of inspection.
