Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Temperature of the food stored inside the sandwich fridge and the walk-in fridge was too warm. Sandwich fridge was 7.3C measured at the second roll of product from the front. Portioned creamer inside the walk-in was 9C. Temperature of the milk and eggs fridge was marginal.
Correction: Technicians have been contacted to service the units. Temperature should be 4C/40F maximum.

Observation: No hand soap at the three compartment sink.
Correction: Obtain soap.
Comments

Refrigeration units have been serviced and temperatures are satisfactory.
Replace the probe thermometer that is not working. Insert one in a cup of water (with lid) in each of the two display coolers. Place the cup near the front middle part of the fridge where the food items such as sandwiches and milk are located. Check temperatures of the probes daily.
