Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm chlorine was detected in the dishwasher final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher was adjusted at the time of the inspection. Tube was not fully submerged in sanitizer pail. Once adjusted and bucket of sanitizer replaced with a new bucket (concentration of one in use had dissipated), 50ppm Chlorine was detected in the final rinse. Test strips were present for monitoring but the dishwasher had not been checked today. Ensure chlorine level in the dishwasher final rinse is tested daily prior to opening. Dishwasher must be functioning and capable of sanitizing dishes to operate.

Observation: Mouse droppings noted in back storage/prep area on and under shelving and under two compartment sink. Mouse noted on sticky trap.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items (ie. bins) from shelving, clean up all droppings and disinfect surfaces prior to putting items back on shelving. Clean all droppings from floor and disinfect area. Remove all items from floor (bucket and bins) and store on shelving so that floors are kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring. Dry goods are currently kept in pest proof bins; however, some lids were not closed tightly at the time of the inspection. Ensure all lids are tight fitting and kept in place to exclude pests from foods. Replace any lids that are broken. Pest control contract is in place. Report shown for November 2016. Correction date: Dec. 28/16
