HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 0
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Storage cooler at front service area at 8C ambient temperature. Food items thawing inside (eggs) and probed at 0C. Temperature log not updated today (last update was Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 5pm).
Health rationale: All potentially hazardous foods which are stored at temperatures higher than 4C and less than 60C are at risk of exponential microbial growth and/or toxin formation.
Corrective action: Immediately move all items stored in the front service storage cooler to a cooler which is able to maintain 4C or lower to ensure foods are stored at adequate temperatures for cold storage and/or thawing purposes.

Corrective Action(s):
Violation Score:

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Onions in bag stored directly on the floor in food preparation area.
Health rationale: Food stored directly on the floor is at risk of contamination.
Corrective action: Immediately place onions in a storage area and off the ground to prevent risk of contamination.
Corrective Action(s):
Violation Score:

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Observation: Storage cooler at front service area at 8C ambient temperature and not able to maintain 4C or lower.
Health rationale: Cold storage equipment which does not maintain 4C or lower allows microbial growth and/or formation of toxins within foods.
Corrective action: Contact repair company/fridge manufacturer to ensure the cooler is able to maintain 4C or lower. Do not store any foods in that cooler until it is repaired. Ensure temperature logs are maintained as per Food Safety Plan to ensure temperatures are maintained.
Corrective Action(s):

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
