Routine inspection: General: Hand sink in main service area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Laundry services done offisite at a laundromat. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is good. Waxing: All sticks and strips single use. Paper liners single use for treatment beds. Linen towels changed after each client. Hand wash stations (after correction - see above) provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Threading: All threads single use. Note: at this time threading services is done by wearing a mask then placing a single use thread in the mouth. Client wears a mask upon entry to premise. Manicure/pedicure: Semi critical nail implement disinfected in PREempt CS20 (expiry January 22, 2021) solution after use. Soaking trays labeled with 14 day use period. Reminder this solution does not require dilution with water. Sanding blocks, files, and nail buffers single use. Pedicure tub disinfected with bleach solution after use. Abrasive material for foot file is stick on and discarded after use. Facials: Treatment bed paper liner single use. Linen towel also changed after each client. Hand sink in treatment room provided with liquid soap and paper towels. No needles used. Loop extractor disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution. Hair cut: Hair wash station equipped with a backflow prevention device. King Research barbicide available for use. o-phenol clippercide available for use. Eyebrow tinting: Tinting product provided with adequate warning label. Services done only by trained individual.
