The cooler in the back of the store was < 4 C. No evidence of pests. Pest control reports available for review during inspection. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level. General sanitation was satisfactory.
