General Comments:
-All handwash stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-All coolers (stand-up, under-counter) at 4°C or below, equipped with accurate thermometers
-All freezers (stand-up) at -18°C or below. Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date
-Ice machines clean and maintained
-Dry storage organized, foods covered and protected
-High temperature dishwasher measured 76.9°C at final rinse
-Three-compartment sink in use. QUATS dispensed 200ppm
-Sanitizer buckets with Quats available throughout front counter, measured 200ppm.
*Please ensure sanitizer is changed when visible contamination is observed, and as frequent as needed to maintain QUATS at 200ppm for proper sanitization of food contact surfaces.
