Observation: The seal of the backdoor near the receiving area was worn out and a small gap was present underneath and between the backdoor. The person in charge mentioned that a pest control professional also informed her about this and that they will contact head-office to correct this.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the backdoor (e.g. replace the seal or weather-strip) to ensure that there is no gap underneath and between the door; Correct in 1 months time or sooner.

Ice cream freezer and display freezers were -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or colder.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers and were in a sanitary condition.
Baby food/formula was randomly checked and no expired products were observed on-site.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
No pests were observed at the food premises during the time of inspection.
