Comments

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Coolers (walk in,two preps, beverage upright, display) < or = to 4 C.
Freezers (walk in) at -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with cold/hot running water; liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm of Chlorine sanitizer.
Dry storage area - most dry food items stored inside plastic bins with lids.
No signs of pest activity.

Friendly Reminder:
1. Fan Hood - due date for cleaning on Jan.12, 2019 (scheduled - Jan.31, 2019) - observed grease accumulation. Ensure that the fan hood is done as per schedule.
2. Surface sanitizer must be available in the kitchen all the time.
3.The hot water handle of the faucet was loose. As a result, there was no supply of hot water at the hand sink near 3-compartment sink. The owner claimed that hot water is available and fix the tap at the time of inspection.
4. Please use clean card-board boxes to pack food items/cover by food grade line.
5. Clean & sanitize a corner (floor) with debris in the back area.
