Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cheese products in the display cooler were measured to be between 6-8C.
Corrective Action(s): Directed operator to relocate the cheese products to working walk-in cooler until display cooler is repaired.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator onsite informed that scoops are washed with dish detergent, rinsed then air dried. No sanitizing step.
Corrective Action(s): Follow FHA warewashing sign provided. Wash with soap, rinse with water, sanitize in 100ppm bleach sanitizer for 2 minutes then air dry. Laminate the FHA sign and post on the wall behind two compartment sinks.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink in the back area was obstructed with stacks of clear containers.

Observation: 1) Display cooler is reading 6.5C. 2) Paper towel dispenser in the washroom is broken.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Please repair/replace the display cooler so it can store potentially hazardous food at 4C or colder. 2) Replace the paper towel dispenser.
