-hand sinks fully equipped -quats at 200ppm -cupboard door under hand sink has been replaced but it was moved down to another locations, cupboard door needs to be replaced/repaired for easy cleaning -provided operator with temperature logs, temperatures of all coolers and freezers must be logged daily -all temps met health requirements
