Observation: Employee observed to use cell phone on multiple occasions without hand washing.

Correction: Cell phones are not to be in kitchen area during processing of food items. If cell phones are to be used ensure handwashing occurs after touching.

- Grape leaves in brine from an approved source :
- Cauliflower and cabbage item is to be removed and not sold - owners have no interest in selling item in future
- "Makdous" - stuffed eggplants in oil is to be brought to Food Safety Specialist at FHA for further discussion. A food Safety plan will be required for this item (Photographs taken)

HOLD of Makdous is standing. Grape leaves are able to be sold to public - add a label to product with origin and supplier.
