COMMENTS: - Grape leaves in brine from an approved source : - Cauliflower and cabbage item is to be removed and not sold - owners have no interest in selling item in future - "Makdous" - stuffed eggplants in oil is to be brought to Food Safety Specialist at FHA for further discussion. A food Safety plan will be required for this item (Photographs taken) HOLD of Makdous is standing. Grape leaves are able to be sold to public - add a label to product with origin and supplier.
