Observation: Few rodent droppings were observed in the second building under the shelving unit. Staff stated that it will be cleaned by the end of the day.
Corrective Action(s): Please wear proper PPE during cleaning.

Observation: Back door of main building was open at the time of inspection. Staff stated that they open the door to facilitate ventilation. However, open doors can be used as potential entry points by rodents and should be kept closed at all times to prevent further pest issues.
Corrective Action(s): Please keep the back door closed. If you wish to keep it open, please install an additional screen door.

Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CPFT9N)

Findings:
- Pest issues have improved significantly.
- Pest Control Company conducts weekly checks. Inspection reports were verified during inspection.
- Glue traps and mechanical traps were placed throughout the facility (both buildings).
- Staff has been cleaning of the problematic areas and removing rodent droppings on regular basis. Good.
- Staff stated that regular monitoring is conducted for any new pest activity.
- Bottom shelves have been cleared out. Good.
- Areas along the walls and floors were found clean and no rodent droppings were observed in main building.
- Garbage disposal area has been cleaned.

Please continue monitoring for any new rodent activity for next 1-2 months.

CORRECTION ORDER issued on February 27, 2023 has been rescinded.
