A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and rack, and non-foods stored separately or below foods. - Nachos and scooped ice cream processed and sold. No hot dogs or pizza being made and sold. - Dipper well for scooped ice cream in working condition. Ensure the water remains on all the time to ensure clean, cold water completely submerges the ice cream scoop to prevent bacteria from growing on it. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level has improved. Facility is less cluttered and more organized. - No signs of pests. - All in order.
