2 compartment sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water for hand washing
Repackaging area has single use disposable gloves for use by staff - please make sure these gloves are discarded immediately after use!
**There were some used gloves laying around at time of inspection
Sanitizer must be used on all food contact surfaces - this includes weigh scales and scoops
**Quat sanitizer may be used from next door (processing facility), however must always be on site when in operation
