Observation: Old machines not in use in the storage wing of the "Noodle Production Area" are filthy with old flour.

NOTE: this citation was in the last inspection report over 2 years ago!
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize these old machine and cover for storage.

Ideally any unused equipment should be removed from the premises
