Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CEHS5L and KLAI-CFDR59 Proper storage hierarchy noted in the walk-in cooler. Overall sanitization of the premises had greatly improved. New can opener installed. Oven that was not in-used was removed. All areas in the walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, underside of the reach-in coolers handles, deep fryer cabinets and dry storage areas were noted in excellent sanitary condition. Please maintain the current sanitary standard for the facility. No further follow-up required at this time.
