Observation: Dishwasher is broken, it is reported to be broken for a couple days.
-Manual dishwashing is not properly done
Corrective Action(s): -Repair dishwasher as soon as possible
- In the meantime manual dishwashing to be done by: 1. wash with detergent and hot water 2- rinse clean water 3 soak in bleach solution (100 ppm) for at least 2 min 4 air dry
-Facility has only 2 compartment sink and a large utility sink in the back- 3 step can be done in utility sink and one of the metal shelving unit in the back to be used as a drying rack

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash sink was occupied with utensils and stuff (Pic is taken) - staff confirmed that this handwash sink not being used??
This is a ticketable offense
Corrective Action(s): Hand wash sink to be maintained with paper towel and liquid soap and staff to wash their hands using this designated hand wash sink.

- Ice machine is ok

** Storage area is too cluttered - not able to verify pest free condition- clean and organize the storage room
