Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BAHTDN: - Pizza oven appear to be in clean condition. Recommend pressure washing the conveyor for more thorough cleaning. - The pizza oven has been moved to the other side of the kitchen. Temperature of all coolers and freezers maintained at 4C and -18C respectively. - Chlorine sanitizer available at 100pm concentration. Ensure to have surface sanitizer available at all times to adequately sanitize all contact surfaces.
