Corrective Action(s): Staff turned unit down and temperatures reached 4C. Monitor this cooler and replace/repair as necessary. Keep curtains closed when not busy to help maintain temperature. Replace thermometer.

- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats**

- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- no obvious signs of pests
- ice machine appears sanitary
