- Food storage practices appear satisfactory - storage is organized, food is protected from contamination.
- Whirlpool Domestic Fridge/ Freezer: 3 deg C/ -18 deg C
- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer from dispenser available for sanitizing food equipment.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted. Regular pest control services provided by EcoLab.

Note:

1. Facility only processes foods for ready-to-cook meal packs. No cooking involving heat/ steam/ grease laden vapour generation permitted.

2. Walk-In Freezer is not in use at this time. Space is rented out for general storage. No issues at this time - ensure that access to storage is not conducted during food production and packaging times.

3. No production at time of inspection. Production normally occurs Thursdays to Sundays.
