Quat dispensing mechanism repaired at 3 compartment sink in meat department. Quat being dispensed at 200-250ppm. Cold water tap repaired at 3 compartment sink allowing quat to be dispensed at 75F *Amend monitoring log for testing concentration of quat sanitizer. Write in the actual concentration and set up a 30 day log sheet to document daily testing has been done. Kept a minimum of 2 months of data to document you are doing your due diligence. Floor in out door freezer unit has been cleaned Runners and bottom portions of the display coolers in the deli and meat departments have been cleaned.
