Meat Department:
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Customer display coolers were at 4C.
-Customer area bank coolers were at 1C
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Meat saw sanitized every 4 hours and disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the night.
-Meat grinder left in the walk-in cooler and cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.


Seafood Department:
-Display cooler was at 4C.
-Customers area bank cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area chest freezer was at -10C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispensing at 200ppm.
