General Comments
Only herbal hookah, tea, pop, juice, chips and candy served
All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
3-compartment sink currently used to wash and sanitize cups. Bleach available.
Charcoal making area separate from tea-making area. Ventilation hood in-use in charcoal area.
Bleach sanitizer spray available *Note: concentration is too high. Reduced to 100 ppm (1/2 teaspoon in 1 L of water). Use this concentration for washing dishes and cleaning floors as well (could use even less for cleaning floors e.g. 50 ppm). Some test strips provided.
Hookah mount piece are prepackaged single-use
Washrooms in sanitary condition
No signs of pests observed
General sanitation is adequate
