-Two hot plates were placed on a table with no ventilation. Ensure that this is used for boiling water only. Foods that create grease laden vapours must be cooked on the stove with a ventilation hood.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
The bleach spray bottle and bucket had 100 ppm chlorine.
Invoices for fish available during the inspection.
No evidence of pests. A pest control company comes on site regularly.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
