Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CNDTGV
2-door reach-in cooler has now been fixed. Internal ambient air temperature now noted at 1C. Did not observe any cold potentially hazardous food being held over 4C.
Did not observe any improper dispenser, with no handle, being stored within bulk sugar container. Facility is now using a stainless steel measuring cup, with handle, for dispensing sugar - excellent.
Cleanliness improved for the deep fryer area.

Outstanding violations that MUST be addressed by next routine inspection:
Clean and sanitize the 4-door drawers reach-in cooler along the cookline. No improvement of cleanliness in this area since last routine inspection. Areas requiring cleaning pointed out to the Supervisor. This area must be included in the Sanitation Plan and clean as part of the Sanitation Plan.
Same cleanliness issue noted on the 2-door reach-in cooler. As per Supervisor, they tried cleaning the cooler but the debris will not come off. Debris/ cleanliness issue noted may be rust. If cleanliness cannot be improved on this unit and condition worsens then operator MUST buy a new cooler. All surfaces used at the facility must be smooth and easily cleanable. Once the surfaces are no longer smooth and easily cleanable, equipment may become impossible for sanitation of all areas and bacteria could harbour on the surfaces. Pictures taken of the interior of the unit. To be access during the next routine inspection.
