Observation: Small gap (Approximately 1/2 inch) observed under the middle receiving door in the receiving area.
Corrective Action(s): Fix this gap to prevent potential entry of pests. Contact the health inspector for a reinspection once this has been fixed.

-All hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-All coolers at < or = 4C
-All freezers at < or -18C
-Processing areas at < or = 10C
-Temperatures are monitored electronically
-Three compartment sinks available
-Quat sanitizer available from a dispenser in each processing area
-Processing equipment cleaned and sanitized daily. Equipment and surfaces appeared to be in clean and good working condition at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests observed during inspection. Orkin provides pest control services monthly. Ensure service records are kept onsite in the future.
