- Handsink is stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- The walk-in cooler has been re-arranged so that foods are not stacked together and raw meats are stored on the bottom shelf
- Scoops with handles have been purchased
- Build up of ice in the freezer was removed
- Cardboard boxes were removed
- Cleaning of the wall and the floor has been done
- Plastic cutting board, which can be more easily cleaned & sanitized, is being used on top of wooden cutting board
