Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-CSCR37.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CSCR37 have been corrected:
-Containers of frozen berries in the freezer observed to be covered. Freezers measured at -18C or lower.

-Operator informed that potentially hazardous foods (dairy products, pastries) will be stored in the front undercounter cooler. Undercounter cooler measured at 3C. Stand-up cooler in the back area measured at 8C. Operator informed that stand-up cooler in the back area will store non-potentially hazardous foods such as ketchup, ice, caramel syrups. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the back stand-up cooler unless it is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and a paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bottle and 3rd compartment sink measured at 200ppm. in-use utensils are washed, rinsed, sanitized every 2 hours.
