-Follow-up inspection to January 03, 2024. -Did not observe foods stored outside at room temperature from the previous night. Samosas made the previous night were at 4C. When cooling chicken wings, ensure they are cooled on a baking sheet in a single layer. -Facility have completed a thorough cleaning. Areas affected by rodent droppings have been clean and sanitized. Staff stated pest control has also been on-site to service the facility. -General sanitation of the facility was good at the time of inspection. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to prevent potential pest attraction and to prevent the flooring from peeling off. -Food items in the cooler units were properly covered and protected from potential contamination. -Scops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required.
