Food Permit issued. Post food permit when received at mailing address. Operator on site has food safety training. Coolers and freezers - good. Temperature records are being kept. No hot holding during inspection. Bubble tea (tapioca pearls) made frequently and discarded if not used within food safety plan time criteria. Discussed food ingredient information for customers. Food is labelled. Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles and in third sink (washing, rinsing, sanitizing, and air drying utensils). 100-200ppm detected - good.
