Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available in the back food preparation area. No concerns with sanitizer in the front drink making area - 100ppm chlorine in spray bottle.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door/gate to the outside in the hallway was open and the dry storage area door was also open.

Comments

All hand wash stations fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
All coolers 4⁰C or less (domestic, under counter, dry storage...etc)
Freezers - 8C to -16C (Ensure all frozen potentially hazardous foods are stored at -18⁰C or less)
Soup hot held on the stove. Left over soup is then cooled and reheated per order the following day.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.
Meat slicer in use at time of inspection. Ensure meat slicer is taken apart and all parts and clean/sanitized after each use.
No gelato available at time of inspection. Note: Premises makes gelato on site. Small amounts made for on site service only. Pasteurized milk used as ingredient, no eggs. Premises was approved to serve gelato without a dipper well. Several scoops available. Staff member said scoops are put thorough dishwasher after each use.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71⁰C (with thermolabel).
