Observation: Pot of soup found cooling at room temperature. Temperature of soup measured to be at 35°C. Operator stated soup had been cooling since 1 pm. Operator told to move soup into cooler immediately (1.5 hours after 1 pm)

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher did not reach a sanitizing temperature at start of inspection. Gauge indicates rinse temp ove r90 Celsius however probe thermometer indicates maximum of 64 Celsius and thermolabel indicates temperature less than 65.6 Celsius. Correction order issued. Use only disposable customer dishes until dishwasher is checked by a health inspector. Correction order issued.
