Handwashing station (double compartment sink) was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels. Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C (white cooler measured at -1.7 degrees C, silver cooler measured at 3.4 degrees C). Both freezers were at -18 degrees C or less. Refrigeration units and freezers were equipped with thermometers. Probe thermometer was available. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the labelled spray bottle. Double-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Residential dishwasher with a sani cycle was available. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. Chemicals were stored separately from food and utensils. Manager on duty held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course training (expiration date: April 26, 2028).
