Routine inspection with the presence of the manager. - General sanitation - GREAT! - Ice cream chest freezer and upright freezer less than -21C - Ice freezer outside locked and keep in a good condition. No concern of contamination. - Drink coolers, walk in cooler, sandwich cooler < or = 4C - Excellent! - Coffee machine, slurpee machine in a sanitary condition. Staff clean them daily and the company cleaning team will clean the interior monthly. - 2 compartment sink accessible to clean and sanitize equipment. - No ice machine in the back room, no walk in freezer or upright freezer in the back room. - No pest activity observed during inspection. - Chemical stored away from food.
