prep line coolers was at 3-4 deg C; thermometers available
hot holding for soup was at 65-70 deg C
upright cooler 3-4 deg C
high temp dishwasher reached at least 71 deg C at plate surface
sanitizer bleach (for food contact surfaces) measured 100 ppm
food safe 1 certified staff on-site at time of inspection

Back prep area:
2 comp sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
upright cooler was at 3-4 deg C ambient temp
sanitizer (quats) in spray bottle at 200 ppm
bay area - upright freezer and deep freezer stored in this area; freezer temp between -12 to -17 deg C
no food preparation is to occur at the bay area at any given time.
