Follow-up inspection to reports # 240970 & # ZDER-B9CVX5 -Improvements in pest control noted - dead cockroaches noted beside/ behind dishwasher and in neighboring cupboard. One live adult cockroach note near bait. -Cockroach bait treatments applied around base of cupboards and behind dishwasher and dairy cooler. Monitor glue boards set up around past high activity areas. -Pest control provided by Sinocanada Agrochemical Technologies International (SATI) - pest control reports for Jan and Mar 2019 reviewed *If pest activity were to increase again and the controls are not suitable then contact pest control for additional services. *Follow pest control recommendations: Keep sanitation in food processing areas high. *Correction Order has been left in place to encourage continuous active monitoring and controls - if cockroach activity are out of control and or complaints from the public are received of cockroach sightings then possible progressive enforcement of ticketing or closure may be used until pests are eliminated.
